When to use it
Use this when you are a tenant trying to understand your current unit, review billing, or vacate a property.
How to do it
- Sign in and open your tenant dashboard.
- Check your property, unit, and rent information on the dashboard.
- Open Invoices to review outstanding or paid items.
- If you need to move out, use Vacate and complete the Vacate OTP step.
- If you need account help, open the Help Center and search by task, page name, button, or error message.
What success looks like
You can see your unit details, view your invoices, and complete any required vacate or payment steps.
What to do if something goes wrong
- If invoices are missing, confirm you are signed into the correct tenant account and assigned to the right unit.
- If vacate is blocked, the app may be waiting for unpaid invoices to be cleared.
- If the OTP does not arrive, check your inbox and spam folder before requesting a new code.
