When to use it
Use it when you want a quick answer, need the next step in plain English, or want to describe an error without opening a ticket.
How to do it
- Open the Help Center from the menu.
- Choose the Owners / Landlords section or search by task, page name, button, or error message.
- Open the article that matches what you are trying to do.
- Use the steps and troubleshooting notes to finish the task.
- If the answer is not enough, search for a more specific article or try a related workflow.
What success looks like
You get a short next step or a clear explanation of what to try next without leaving the app.
What to do if something goes wrong
- If you cannot find the right article, search with the exact button label or page name.
- If the wording looks outdated, use the related article links to find the current workflow.
- If an article does not match what you see, make sure you are signed into the correct role.
